Sample Collection Information

•  PCR: 3 mL (2 mL min.) plasma from 2 Lavender Top (EDTA) tubes
•  Separate plasma aseptically within 2 hours ofcollection
•  Ship refrigerated or frozen
•  12 hours fasting is recommended.
FLOW: 4 mL (3 mL min.) whole blood from 1 Lavender Top (EDTA) AND 1 Green top (Sodium Heparin) tube each
•  Ship at 18-22°C
•  DO NOT REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE
•  Specify time, date and clinical details on Test Request Form.
