To Do List For Everyday

  2. Eat fruits, veggies , and lean  meat
  3. Cut out dense carbs
  4. Drink three liters of water a day
  5. No alcohol
  6. No sweets
  7. Eat dinner before 7:30
  8. Go to bed before 11
