Chill Out This Summer…….with Natural Coolants

Summer….. Summer….Summer….  Lets welcome Summer with a big smile. Summer is a beautiful season with lots of flowers and produces a variety of food. This season has longest and warmest days of the year. Due to its warmth, we spend lot of time outdoors. Come on lets chill ourselves this summer the natural way!

  • Curds : Curds or Yogurt are the natural coolant. It is also a natural probiotic, which is much required to maintain gut health. It can be used in the form of raitha, buttermilk, lassi, in fruit smoothie.
  • Tender Coconut Water : Drink a plenty of this healthy drink. This has all the required electrolytes essential for human body. This serves as a natural hydrant (Natural ORS). It is also posses anti cancer and anti ageing factors. The most economical and hygienic food available on streets!
  • Watermelon : This fruit cools your body. It hydrates as it is full of water and antioxidants. Best fruit for weight loss, as it is low in calories. It can be taken as fruit, juice, popsicles n in mocktail.
