  1. Take 10-30 minutes walk every day and while you walk,smile. It is ultimate antidepressant.
  2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Eat more fruits and green vegetables.
  4. Drink green tea and drink plenty of water.
  5. Try to make at least 3 people smile a day.
  6. Eat breakfast like a king,lunch like a princess and dinner like a pauper.
  7. You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
  8. Life is not fair but it is still good.
  9. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Forgive them for everything.
  10. Don’t compare yourself with others.Compare yourself to the person you were yesterday.
  11. No one is in charge of your own happiness. Do things which makes you happy.
  12. Help the needy. Be generous. Be a giver not a taker.
  13. What other people think about you that’s none of your business. And don’t spoil your quality time in thinking what people will say about you-good or bad.
  14. Remember that we all humans are blessed to be stressed. there may be many things which makes you get irritate and you take it so seriously in your life that you are stressed badly and is not able to concentrate on important things in your life.
  15. Don’t waste your energy on gossip,issues of past,negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in positive things.
