Low Blood Pressure- Soak 7 almonds in water over night. Peel them and grind to a smooth paste. Add in a glass of milk and boil. Drink warm.

  1. For dandruff- Boil both tops and roots of beet in water. Massage this water into scalp every night for dandruff free hair.
  2. For Acne- Mix some water to some ground oatmeal in a blender. Apply the paste on your face for 15 minutes and wash off. Pat dry.
  3. For dry itchy eye- Boil two tea bags in a cup of distilled water. Cool the solution completely and use as eye wash.
  4. For frizzy and curly hair- Mix in a bowl half cup honey,half cup yogurt,3 drops of rosemary essential oil,and 1 tablespoon almond oil. Massage it into your scalp and wash off.
  5. For cracked heels- Soak your feet to 10-15 minutes in a bucket of warm water with lemon juice added to it. Finally wash your feet using pumice stone and soap and pat your feet dry with a towel.
  6. For grey hair- Boil a few Amla pieces in coconut oil till they turn black. Apply this mixture on your hair regularly.
  7. For hair loss- Make equal quantities of fresh amla juice and lime juice. Use this juice after shampoo regularly and rinse it off.
  8. For depression- Powder the seeds of cardamom and boil them in water along with tea. It gives a soothing aroma to the tea. Take this tea regularly for the treatment of depression.
  9. For mouth ulcers- Mix a teaspoon of baking soda and with a few drops of water in it. Apply this mixture over the sores for 15 minutes.
