Nutella Is Poisonous For Your Health!

I am sure everyone is a chocolate lover but you must always know what kind of chocolate you are eating, what ingredients are there in the chocolates. So knowing ingredients of the chocolate is important because you should know whether the ingredients from which the chocolate is made of is good enough to eat or not.
These are all the ingredients Nutella contains: sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa, skim milk, reduced minetals, whey, soy lecithin as an emulsifier, and vanillin. Many people know how dangerous these ingredients are, but Nutella still claims their products don’t include artificial colors and artificial preservatives.
Vanillin: an artificial flavor (MSG)
Vanillin scent and flavor are chemicals. It is cheaply produced due to advanced technology. It can be found in nearly 90% of the manufactured food products.
Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is the worst ingredient of vanillin. It has no health benefits because it is not a nutrient, vitamin or mineral. MSG works as an excitotoxin, stimulating the brain and making us feel that Nutella tastes better than it actually does.
Many scientists and doctors say excitotoxins play an important role in the development of neurological disorders, such as migraines, seizures, infections, abnormal neural development, certain endocrine disorders, obesity, ALS, Parkinson’s disease, Alzhaimer’s disease, Huntington’s disease and olivopontocerebellar degeneration.
Palm oil
This kind of oil, which is used in many processed foods is taken from the fruit of the oil palm tree. It is the second most popular food oil in the world. Palm oil raises the cholesterol levels in the blood, which could lead to serious heart diseases.
A study from 1999 has found that manufacturers of processed food use palm oil in an oxidized state. The oxidized palm oil is dangerous for many physiological and biochemical functions of the body. Researchers say that it can trigger organ toxicity of the heart, kidney, liver and lungs.
