Important Step Towards Healthy Lifestyle- Hand Wash Techniques
Keeping hands clean is one of the most important steps towards a healthy lifestyle. If someone wants to avoid getting sick then keeping their hands clean is the best way. Many diseases are spread by not washing hands and the germs may also spread and can result in many skin problems. To keep your hands clean wash your hands with soap and clean water. If clean, running water is not accessible, as is common in many parts of the world, use soap and available water. If soap and water are unavailable, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol to clean hands. Many people keep their hands clean but still, the germs stick to their hands because the hands are not washer properly. To wash your hands properly you can follow some steps given below.
STEP 1 – Wet hands and apply soap. Apply enough soap to cover all the hand surfaces. Rub your palms until the soap in your hand produces bubbles.
STEP 2 – Rub with the soap on the backside of your palm. Right palm over left dorsum interlaced fingers and vice-versa.
STEP 3 – Rub between your fingers on each hand.
STEP 4 – Rub your hands with the fingers together.
STEP 5 – Rub around each of your thumbs. Rubbing your left thumb with right hand and vice-versa. Rational rubbing backward and forward on right arm with clasped fingers.
STEP 6 – Rub in circles on you palm and after that rinse and dry your hands with a cloth or tissue or a drying machine.
