How To Do Yoga At Home : For Beginners
Yoga is one of the best exercises that one can perform for physical and mental peace. Yoga heals your mind, body and soul in a very peaceful manner. Yoga relaxes your body, helps in muscle relaxation and makes your body energetic so that one can have a nice day!
So here are the few steps which you can perform at home easily:
STEP 1 – Lie down on your back and relax for few minutes and feel the air and breathe in and out slowly and gently and it is a good start for beginners.
STEP 2 – Stretch and raise your right leg in the air for few seconds and then raise your left leg in the air for few minutes.
STEP 3 – Raise your both legs up in the air and hold it for long as possible then breathe slowly and gently.
STEP 4 -Raise your butt and legs in the sky. Keep your hands straight as they will strengthen your back.
STEP 5 – Lie down again and rotate your spine sometimes. Turn the pelvis to the right and the head to the left. And the other way round. Twist the spine as far as possible.
STEP 6 – Lie down in the prone position and outstretch your leg one by one. Raise your right leg up in the air and hold it for few seconds and then do the same with your left leg.
STEP 7 – Put your head backwards and bring your feet as far as possible to the head. The legs are in the air and the hands lie beside the body on the ground. They support the position.
STEP 8 – Lie on your head, move your feet and relax.
STEP 9 – Sit cross legs and chant “OM” in a loud and soft voice and slowly and gently breathe in and breathe out.
STEP 10 – Lie down and make the muscles relax. Tense the muscles of the legs and feet. Relax. Tense the muscles of the arms and hands. Relax. Tense the muscles of the head and the face. Relax. Tense the muscles of the whole body. Relax. Move the feet. Relax completely for some time.
