The best time to eat fruit is in the morning. If we eat fruits right after a meal is not a great idea as the nutrients present in it is not absorbed properly. We must need to leave a gap of at least 30 minutes between a meal and a fruit snack. Ideally, we should eat fruits before an hour of the meal taken or two hours after the meal if they have diabetes or any other digestive problem like acidity. This is because very often a diabetic patient is accompanied by digestive problems.

 

Fruits not to be taken after sunset :  1.

1.The period after sunset is one where bacteria grow rapidly in food. As a result, it’s best to not eat after sunset to avoid microorganisms. In the absence of Sunlight microorganism and bacteria begin to flourish. Eating of such fruits is considered to be pretty unhealthy as bacteria can cause harm to our health.

 

  1. For our good digestion capacity, it also not preferred for eating fruits after sunset because it can cause several health issues like Indigestion, Constipation, Obesity etc.
