When To Work Out?

Is it ok to work out if:

Question: You have got a fever?
Ans: When the body’s immune system is battling an infection it does not need to deal with stress from excercise on top of that.

Question: You have got a cold?
Ans: Moderate intensity workouts are ok when you’ve a common cold. If you go to a gym when you’ve cold, use hand sanitizer and wipe off any surfaces you touch so you don’t contaminate your gym buddies.

Question: You have got the flu?
Ans: Stick to your bed not your gym. Skip your workout until you recover.

Question: You did not sleep last night and now you are too tired to excercise?
Ans: Get out of bed and keep moving. A morning walk may release you from tiredness after the sleepless night to boost your energy level.

Question: When you are pregnant?
Ans: Ask your doctor the safe excercise that u can like yoga that may not harm you and your foetus.
