How Pesticides affect our daily foods?

Pesticides are used mainly for agriculture for better Agri- business, consumptions .but sometimes the same commercial pesticides are been used in our daily foods which we have some consumptions.

Introduction: Here are the common pesticides

  • Fungicides–These pesticides are used for prevention from mold and fungus
  • Rodenticide–This types of pesticides are used for controlling rodents that include rats, mice, squirrels, hamsters, porcupines.
  • Insecticides – They control insects who cannot destroy the valuable crops.
  • Herbicides– These are also used for preventing from crops.
  • Antimicrobials – These are against from microbes which are dangerous for plants or crops.

Therefore, due to the above pesticides, several diseases can see.

  • Genetical disorder
  • Growth retardation
  • Gastric Disorders.

These pesticides mostly affect the immune system & produce oxidative stress. So need of more antioxidants including vitamin –E with vitamin –C (ascorbic acid).
