Concentration is taking off focus from many things and giving attention to one specific thing. When a person concentrates, he/she blinks less and would take a major distraction to break the stream. Concentration makes a person to get fully involved in one thing and divert from the other things happening. We should strive to put in full concentration to our activities and work.

Best ways to improve:

  • Try to eliminate distractions. Tune out everything else. Focus on the task taken. The harder the task more the focus needed.
  • Do not involve in double task/ multitasking. This may lead to make errors and divided attention.
  • Meditation can be a good exercise to concentrate on the desired task. It also helps to sharpen brain.
  • There should be relevance to the information learning, the more personal the information becomes it is easier to remember.
  • Learn techniques to improve and control the energy. This can be gained best from exercise. Controlling the energy is the important step towards the ability to concentrate deeply.

Impact of exercise over concentration:

  1. Sitting still in a chair

Sit in a comfortable chair with the still position. This is not an easy goal to accomplish. The centre of attention should be on your position of sitting. There should not be any muscular movements. One should not strain the body, results will be better if it is done with a relaxed mind set.

  1. Fix the vision on fingers:

Sit in a chair by keeping your head up and your shoulders back. Raise the right arm to the level of your shoulder, pointing to your right. Look around, with only head, and fix the gaze on your fingers, and keep the arm perfectly still for a minute.

Whatever the chore you do, imagery can be of chief importance in life. This helps to build high concentration levels. The person who flairs concentration can gain full control over the body and mind and can master the inclinations.
