Several studies have claimed that it is easy to detect the symptoms months before the attack but unfortunately, they are largely ignored by the general public. The pain in the left arm that radiates from top to bottom and vice versa, chest pain and difficulty in breathing are three of the most common symptoms attached with a heart-attack but the same symptoms are usually experienced in many other ailments as well causing people to ignore them and as the fate would have it, they have to pay for that ignorant behaviour.

The worst thing about a heart attack is that it is becoming very common among the younger people as well while it used to be known as the disease for the old folks. The reason is not very hard to understand, lack of exercise, heavy smoking, unhealthy eating and increasing stress levels are some of the banes of the fast changing world and taking a toll on general health. What else could be the explanation for the fact that people staying in the rural areas are very low on the risk to get a heart attack?

The key to avoid this disastrous event is a persistent shift towards a healthy lifestyle which will ensure a very healthy body and mind and as a bonus; it will be good for the overall productivity and creativity of the said individual.

However, the technological advancements in the medical sectors has made it possible to save a life even after a very deadly attack, but, let us say, prevention is better than cure.
