Porridge is specially for baby’s food. But above is very much important in our daily routine like office or college etc. So Porridge is important for all of us as instant nutritious dish. Specially Porridge is prepared very fast anywhere anytime . Eating porridge is yummy with milk is too good & most important things that Porridge we can prepared fast in micro oven. Porridge are very much rich in vitamins and minerals. In our office life specially in breakfast if we can eat Porridge then our meal can be taken later as we are perhaps in empty stomach for some time..
Varieties of Porridge
- Oat porridge – Oat porridge its available in England Scotland Ireland Germany and North America. The most common type is corn meal. Variety things are included where oat meal cream of wheat Barley.
- Buck wheat porridge – Buckwheat porridge is popular this country like Russia and Ukraine. We can taste it with butter for better taste.
- Sorghum porridge – Sorghum flour while added with water & butter milk can be a great food for children. sorghum flour is alternative to wheat replacement in breads, pastas, cereals,
