Roasted Grams Laddu
Roasted gram laddu is rich in proteins, calories, calcium and iron. This can be safely given to kids. It can be used for healthy weight gain, and to improve haemoglobin. It is well suited for lactating women, as it promotes lactation.
Ingredients
- Roasted Gram – 1 Cup
- Jaggery – 1 Cup
- Cashew – 7 Nos.
- Ghee – 5 Tsp
- Cardamom – 3 Nos.
Method Of Preparation:
- Powder roasted grams jaggery and cardamom together.
- Break cashew into small pieces and golden fry the same in 2tsp ghee.
- Mix the fried cashew and rest ghee in the powder and make laddus.
- Serve to guest and kids.
