Best Time To Have Breakfast , Lunch And Dinner

 

People are not particular about when they are having their breakfast , lunch and dinner. I can understand how difficult is to manage your work because we have so much of work load from our offices but yes if we will keep on doing work without having breakfast, lunch and dinner on time then we will definitely get into trouble. And eating not on time surely affects our body in some or the other way. So it is important to eat on time.

Best time to eat breakfast

Ideal time – 7-8 am

I am sure most of us don’t have it on ideal time because we neither sleep on time in the night nor wake early in the morning. We should not have our breakfast after 10 am. We should rather have our breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up.

Best time to have lunch

Ideal time – 12:30-2 pm

Don’t have it after 4 pm.

Must remember- An ideal time gap between breakfast and lunch is 4 hours.

Best time to have dinner

Ideal time- 6-9 pm

Don’t have it later than 10 pm.

Must remember- The meal should be at least 3 hours before you sleep.
