  1. Low Blood Pressure- Soak 8 almonds in a water overnight. Next morning remove the skin and grind to a smooth paste. Boil the paste with glass of milk and drink warm.
  2. Sore Throat- Mix 1 tsp. Cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder and 1 tsp. honey to a glass of water. Consume this mixture twice a day.
  3. Heart Disease- Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, put it on toast instead of jelly and jam and it is regular for breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol and could potentially save one from heart attack.
  4. Bladder Infections- Take 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in the bladder.
  5. Cholesterol- 2 tablespoons of honey and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10%within 2 hours.
  6. Cold- Take 1 tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 th teaspoon cinnamon powder daily for 3 days to cure most chronic cough, cold and clean the sinus.
  7. Upset Stomach- Take 1 tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder in a cup of ginger water. It cures stomach ache and also clears stomach ulcers from the root.
  8. Indigestion- Cinnamon powder sprinkled on 2 tablespoons of honey taken before food relieves acidity and digests the heaviest of metal.
  9. Immune system- Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens the immune system and protects the body from bacterial and viral infections.
  10. Arthritis- Arthritis patients can benefit by taking one cup of hot water with 2 tablespoons of hone and 1 small teaspoon of cinnamon powder. When taken daily even chronic arthritis can be cured.
