Here are some really useful health tips from the grandma :

Low blood pressure

  1. Soak 8 almonds in water overnight
  2. Next morning remove the skin
  3. And grind to a smooth paste.
  4. Boil the paste with a glass of milk.
  5. and drink warm

For Acidity

  1. Add 1 tsp of Saunf, to one cup of boiled water.
  2. Cover the mixture and leave it overnight.
  3. In the morning remove the cover strain
  4. Add 1 teaspoon honey and drink it.
  5. Take it at least 3 times a day to eliminate acidity.

For Dandruff

  1. Boil both tops and roots of beet in water.
  2. Massage this water into scalp every night for dandruff free hair.

For Soar Throat

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  2. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  3. 1 teaspoon ginger powder and 1 teaspoon honey to a glass of water.
  4. Consume this mixture twice a day.

Upset Stomach

  1. Take a spoonful of honey with 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of ginger water.
  2. Cures stomach ache and also clears stomach ulcers from the roots.

Immune System

  1. Start each day with one teaspoon of honey and pinch of cinnamon in a cup of green tea to protect the body from bacteria and viral.

Indigestion

  1. Cinnamon powder sprinkled on two tablespoons of honey taken before food relieves acidity and digests the heaviest of meals.

Skin Infections

  1. Apply honey and cinnamon powder in equal parts on the affected area cures eczema,ringworm and all types of skin infections.

Fatigue

  1. Take half tablespoon of honey in a glass of water and sprinkled with cinnamon powder.

Hearing loss

  1.  Daily morning and night honey and cinnamon powder,taken in equal parts helps restore hearing.
