Hello sir/ mam I am 22 years old and my weight is 58 I want to loose my weight I have started gym also fir bi kuch fark nhi dikh rha h me dieting bi kr rhi hu khane me bi bhut dhyan deti hu but then also koi result nhi dikhra h please guide me what can I do now ?
Hi, Eat small frequent meals. Eat home cooked food only. Reduce your oil usage to 2 -3 tsp / day. Use salad for every meal. Go for multigrain atta instead of maida or wheat flour. Include 1 fruit a day. Drink plenty of water. Avoid sweets, oily stuff, cheese, cream, butter, and deep fried items. Walk 30min a day atleast for 5 days a week.
