What should I do if I think I’m pregnant?

Hi,
Consult a Obsterician. 
Prepare yourself for pregnancy by consuming a balanced diet.
Include green leafy vegetables, 4 days a week.
Include pulses on a daily basis. Take 1 egg white every day.
You will require atleast 2 fruits a day.
Consume iron rich food, such as dates, figs, poha, bhel, jaggery, honey, beetroot, watermelon, gingelli oil, gingelli seeds, soya, greens along with citrus fruits.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat at regular timing.
Consult a dietitian for personalized plan.
