Weight Loss For 32 Year Old

I am a 32 years male. My body weight is 90-91 kg. Please advise me how decrease my weight. I am a eating 3 time per day. At morning Tea and biscuit. At 1.30 to 2.00 pm receive a lunch with vegetable and in the night 4 pcs roti with vegetable. And 1 day per week eat chicken. How decrease my Body weight. Please advise me.
