1> A person can loose weight through diet & exercises by rigorous daily efforts & consistent follow up, that I an tell you @ 3 kgs -5 kgs per month without any supplement or fat burners or artificial harmful tools/medicines. Weight reduction medically & physiologically should be safe only by two ways as said & that of course, slow but consistent but fully safe,healthy for long run for all ages (including all patients suffering). In this regards I have been practicing since 12 years out of which I have 90% success rate like this protocol. Most of the best experienced Dietitians believe this way.I do not think other alternative way except Diet & Exercises. But persons who can work hard by some dynamic activities like walking, field works more than 4- 6 hours (like marketing personel) can also reduce weight but should be take care rest all environments, safety measures.some times yoga, body poses based two times exercises can help reduce weight. So note that no medicine or commercial fat burners should not be consumed any how.
