Suggest Me Diet Chart

Provide me the diet chart to loose d weight in 1 month at least 10 KGS I am 80 KGS now n my age is 23.

Hi, Weight loss of about 2 – 3kg a month is medically proved safe. Weight loss diet plan is personalised.  Eat small frequent meals. Eat home cooked food only. Reduce your oil usage to 2 -3 tsp / day. Use salad for every meal. Go for multigrain atta instead of maida or wheat flour. Include 1 fruit a day. Drink plenty of water. Avoid sweets, oily stuff, cheese, cream, butter, and deep fried items. Walk 30min a day atleast for 5 days a week.
