Hello, It must be difficult to be on medications for such a long time. Most probably you were put on long term oral steroids for your asthma which has led to the weight gain. I would advise that you get your sugars, blood pressure and bone status checked by visiting your family physician.  Unfortunately there is no cure for asthma in allopathy as yet.
