My husband tummy is extended than normal pls suggest some diet tips to reduce the belly size he is quite healthy no internal problem n he is a hotel manager so siting as well as walking job he is doing.

Hi, Go for tummy abs. Use green tea without sugar – 3 cups a day. Go for green coffee without sugar – only 1 cup a day. Cut down on simple carbs like sugar, honey, jaggery, sweets.
