Hi Happy to help you. Apart from medications your wife should follow a good Diet enriched with Folic acid, calcium.enough protein. Mild home based working will not effect but not heavy work obviously. Not brisk walking mild walking, hobbies, music will help you removing stress. For thyroid she should avoid all beans, cabbage, spinach, cauliflowers, also reduce High level or too much fiber based foods like whole grains wheat, all whole skins vegetables, few fruits are not good but fruits selective are good & always helpful. Mostly restricted all junk, out side fried, fast foods, no out side/Resturent foods. Take simple home based quality meals with carbohydrate enriched with proteins. Do not take any out side or self medicines as these are most dangerous for foetus. Further down all sugar, sugar rich foods, salt reasonable, no rich spices even at home.Water, greens vegetables & fruits as discussed always good sources of Folic acid in natural.
