I’m pregnant and I’m awaiting my 45th day scan. I feel pain in my left side of the lower abdomen. Please advise.

Hi,
Is it very severe- then see doctor sooner, if it is mild then it is common to have some amount of pulling type of pain. I hope there is no bleeding vaginally.
