Hi,
A well balanced diet with plenty of warm fluids will keep you and your baby healthy.

  • Consume a balanced diet with cereals, lots of pulses, Vegetables, fruits, milk products on a daily basis.
  • Take plenty of warm liquids, say about 3 – 4L (this includes soups, milk, milkshakes)
  • Choose milk instead for coffee or tea
  • Include 6 – 8 almonds daily.
  • Include galactogoges like garlic, fish, methi seeds, green leafy vegetables, milk, ragi – any one on a daily basis.
  • Try to sleep when your baby is sleeping to boost your energy.
  • Create a peaceful, happy atmosphere while feeding the baby.

Hi-Happy to help you. I advice you to consume more carbohydrate based all meals should be enriched high quality all types proteins like organic or if you are vegetarian then pulses, legumes, beans, nutrla, soya ,soya products. Most importantly you have to intake milk 300ml as well chana, curd 50-100gms, paneer, cheese etc. Take plenty of fresh water on every 2- 3 hours,Try to sleep more 7-8 hours including night  ,no stress, have a particular time to feed you baby. You can also go for some yoga on upper limb/chest parts to get some benefits at least. Nuts, some fats like 1 tsf ghee & 2 tsf pea nut butter on breads help ful for you to gain some quality fat for milk productions. Milk productions also depends on prolactin hormone ,so this profile you can check in case big crisis here.
