Hi,
Tiredness may be due to lack of required amount of nutrition and rest.

  • Consume a balanced diet with cereals, lots of pulses, Vegetables, fruits, milk products on a daily basis.
  • Take plenty of warm liquids.
  • Choose milk instead for coffee or tea
  • Include 6 – 8 almonds daily.
  • Include galactogoges like garlic, fish, methi seeds, green leafy vegetables, milk, ragi – any one on a daily basis.
  • Try to sleep when your baby is sleeping to boost your energy.

Hello Mam – I advice to add more good quality proteins like organic,Plants, dairy sources.A also add cereals, whole grains, soupy dal, sprouts, more fibers rich foods, Add 2 servings vegetables & green salad. Fruits like banana, citrus all, pears, guava  all foods rich in Vitamin -C, B-complex can help you  a lot. No fast/Junk rather low oils ,trans fats more quality home made foods rich in proteins, calcium. Ensure more water, fluids, juices some should be there. No stress ,enough rest. Can have a plan of 2400 kcal/day diet plan
