Hello, I do understand your predicament. Would you could do is try the following. Keep doors and windows closed. Keep the car window up and have the AC on. Regularly dust the rugs, sofas and clean surfaces at home and work place. Use a mask if going into a dusty area.  You can visit a family physician who could prescribe an anti-allergen which you can take if you have severe symptoms.  Try to keep healthy by eating a balanced diet, exercises, doing breathing techniques so as to keep infections away.
