How Can I Be Sure This Is Hay Fever And Not A Cold Or Something Else?

Hello, Hay fever is usually allergy due to pollen leading to allergic rhinitis which causes stuffy and runny nose, sneezing and itchy eyes. If you are allergic to pollen the best way to deal with it is to avoid it. Usually it is seasonal when the pollen count increases in the area.  Treatment includes anti allergens and in some cases steroids if symptoms are severe.  Unfortunately initial symptoms of cold are similar and it is difficult to differentiate.
