Diet Plan Suggest
I am 19 years old. But I look so fat I am trying to control myself by not eating food. So please suggest me a diet chart so that I can follow accordingly. Please help me in this.
Hi, Do not skip meals. Skipping meals will make you increase weight! Eat small frequent meals. Eat home cooked food only. Reduce your oil usage to 2 -3 tsp / day. Use salad for every meal. Go for multigrain atta instead of maida or wheat flour. Include 1 fruit a day. Drink plenty of water. Avoid sweets, oily stuff, cheese, cream, butter, and deep fried items.
