Tell me the diet plan for good & Fit health on daily basis?

Hi
Consult a dietician for a diet plan according to your weight and height. Avoid deep fried fatty foods. Take 2 servings of vegetables and 1 fruit a day. Drink atleast 3 litres of water per day.

Hello – Happy to help you.For keeping a good health you need the following : Balanced diet or meals with a right percentage of Carbs,protein, fat Take care about minerals, vitamins though all daily foods & green vegetables,greens, fruits, cereals, pulses etc. Sleep 7 hrs to 8 hours. Water balanced as per season like more hydration in summer including electrolytes. No stress,but dynamic lifestyles within good working environments & sufficient rest time to time. Yoga,freehand,mild to moderate exercises are always helpful to keep body,mind fit all time.  Avoid all types of junk,fast foods, Avoid soft drinks ,open market all foods, high trans fats,saturated fat rich all foods, desserts,all oily ,spicy foods all types of binge eating strictly avoided.  Always best home made good quality balanced meals. No processed or back dated foods/meals rather all time current,lukewarm,fresh all types foods.                                                                                               Remember healthy is termed who is fit by physically & mentally both ways.
