Dear doctor I would like to know from which food or things I get vitamins D. After 1 year delivery my wife pain or little bit soiling in body she has 4.99% vitamin in her body she can not able to talk or do some thing. please told me what to do.

Hi,
Natural foods high in vitamin D include fish oils, fatty fish, mushrooms, beef liver, cheese, and egg yolks. Vitamin D is also naturally made by your body when you expose your skin to the sun, and is called the sun-shine vitamin.
She will need Vitamin supplements, also check blood calcium levels.

Hi,
The vitamin D levels for your wife is very low. It goes to deficiency stage. At this stage, she will require vitamin D with Calcium sachets as supplement for atleast 6 weeks. do expose yourself to direct sunlight for just 10 – 15 minutes a day. Then include the above mentioned food to maintain the raised Vitamin D levels.

Hi-Happy to help you. Vitamin D deficiency is there so you need some organic foods like fish, cod liver oil, shark liver oil, eggs, Mostly all organic foods. If you are vegetarian then also from green leafy vegetables, all greens, Milk also good source. Finally as all saying from mild level sunlight also produce Vitamin D in the skin but excess light /scorching heat of sunlight rich in ultra violet may cause skin rashes.So all be balanced.
