Hi,

  • Vitamin E is an antioxidant, which can cleanse your body.
  • Vitamin E works by detoxifying free radicals, which cause damage to artery walls.
  • There are many studies which proves the cardioprotective effects of vitamin E, but getting enough of it from your diet would result in consuming too much fat.
  • But there are also no proper control as to whether everyone can benefit form taking vitamin E.
  • Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin, hence not excreted through. Taking Vitamin E supplements without doctor’s prescription would lead to toxicity of vitamin E.
  • No studies have concluded the actual dose of required Vitamin E.
  • Hence consult your doctor for including vitamin E supplement.
