Hi i am Mustafa i am just 23 years old and my weight is 92kg with a big tummy and heavy body can you please help me

Hi Mustafa, Eat small frequent meals Include 200-300g vegetables / day in any form Reduce the quantiy of oil to 3tsp / day only Include atleast one fruit a day Go for home made food Drink plenty of water Add lime and pepper to salad Avoid all deep fried food like vada, bajji, mixture Avoid food rich in fats like pizza, butter, cheese, ghee Inlcude multigrain atta for roti  Avoid items made with maida Avoid alcohol Include green tea without sugar Avoid sweets  Walk atleast 30min  a day Consult a dietitian for personalised diet plan for accurate results Sleep 7 – 8hrs at night Avoid afternoon nap   Regards, Uma Maheshwari PS Dietitian  Happy Living Diet Clinic
