Exercise For Weight Loss?
Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Indian foods are rich in carbohydrate which when consumed in excess get converted in fat. Examples are carb are rice, chapati, bread, pasta, sugar, cola etc. Have more protein (egg, milk, soya, fish, chicken) rich food and fruit and vegetable and 8-10 glasses of water. Eat a large breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner. Never go to sleep immediately after dinne- leave at least a 3 hour gap. Also need to do aerobic exercises (running/brisk walking/swimming/cycling) for 30 minutes a day at least 5 times a week and some strength training.
