I have a young daughter who is just beginning to teeth. Is there a diet recommendation for teething to be faster and less painful?

Give your baby a cold piece of carrot or cucumber to bite on and also use olive oil on the gums.

Halo -good to see your question. For teething baby need plenty of calcium & vitamin-D, that baby is getting is from breast milk as well as some sources of milk some how starting from the stage of around 6 months  till 24 months (except some cases) . So for faster you can give good quality milk & milk products  after weaning, to see what  baby can eat (considering how many months old). Always we have to see the best nutritious foods for baby. You can you can give her little cold apple, carrot, frozen banana, with frozen grapes. Remember try to rich in Ca & VIT-D for healthy growth of Teeth. To avoid pain of teeth or teething or even during painful conditions, you can rub a slice of peeled ginger root on your daughter’s gums. Even ground cloves or allspice mixed with water to form into a paste, clove oil, or natural vanilla or almond extracts applied to gums with a cotton swab. Thanks & ask me anything additional you are looking for.
