Hello,
Work can be stressful but you could try the following:
- Talk to your colleagues or boss to understand how you can manage work better
- Do regular exercise. Yoga and meditation help.
- Try to prioritise your work so that it helps in finishing it.
- Spend atleast 15 mins in a day doing some activity like a hobby that you like.
- Try to eat a balanced diet and get adequate sleep.
- If you are feeling overtly anxious or sad, do visit a counsellor or your family physician.
World has become a place where people compete to get better. One needs to focus on self goals and priorities to attain contentment.
