To compete, we need to work hard. But that is stressing me out. What to do

Hello, 
Work can be stressful but you could try the following:

  1. Talk to your colleagues or boss to understand how you can manage work better
  2. Do regular exercise. Yoga and meditation help.
  3. Try to prioritise your work so that it helps in finishing it. 
  4. Spend atleast 15 mins in a day doing some activity like a hobby that you like.
  5. Try to eat a balanced diet and get adequate sleep.
  6. If you are feeling overtly anxious or sad, do visit a counsellor or your family physician. 

World has become a place where people compete to get better. One needs to focus on self goals and priorities to attain contentment.
