I am a software engineer, I am struggling with heavy body weight, how to recover it please give me suggestions.
Hi, Start the day with a healthy breakfast. Go for small frequent meals (3 meals and 2 healthy snacks), instead of 3 full meals. Take 1 cup of salad for every meal. Go for green tea (without sugar / honey / jaggery). Drink plenty of water. Avoid sugar, sweets, oily stuff and junk food. Prefer only home cooked food.
