How To Reduce Tummy ?

 Iam shruthi. from Whitefield. I’m just 25 years. I have tummy. Help me to reduce my tummy.

Hi Shruti This is a very common problem for Indian people. This happens because of excess carbohydrate in indian food leading to insulin resistance and partly it is our genes. You need to give your insulin some rest by reducing carb in your diet. Examples are carb are rice, chapati, bread, pasta, sugar, cola etc. Have more protein rich food and fruit and vegetable and 8-10 glasses of water. Eat a large breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner. Never go to sleep immediately after dinne- leave at least a 3 hour gap. Also need to do aerobic exercises at least 5 times a week and some strength training. Planks and cycling are also good. Regards Dr Santanu you can contact us at [email protected]
