Yoga have uncountable benefits    Makes mind & body fresh,live always,flexible All time good amount of oxygen supply & keep proper blood circulations Yoga is very helpful for Diabetes,Obesity,or over weight issues. Those who are suffering from chronic constipation,Irritable Bowel syndrome ,have very positive results.
