It is great to hear that you are concerned about your employees health and wellbeing. Few pointers:
- Get an annual health check done for all individuals above age of 30
- Identify employees who need psychological support. Have a counsellor visit your institution and ensure privacy
- If you have a cafeteria in the premises then ensure a dietician has a look at the meal composition
- Conduct yoga and fitness sessions at the premise. If possible provide gym facilities
- Conduct periodic programs to motivate staff like using staircases, or having fruits everyday
- Promote smoking cessation and other health days in office. Conduct periodic health talks.
- Have a family physician on site who might help in the health issues of the employees
- Conduct fun activities to ensure that employees enjoy work
