Exercise Is Not Workign
I exercise vigorously 2-3 times a week. I try to eat well but eating goes out of hand many a times. Weight will not budge. Please advise
you will need to count your calories and macronutrients with the help of a calorie counter. Similarly you can use wearables or mobile app to measure how much calorie you are losing. Finally you need to be in negative calorie balance( input-output) but maintain your muscle and lose fat by altering the protein and carbohydrate content of your food. It would be important to stick to a regimen for 3-4 weeks before you see some results.
