Does eating breakfast help you loos weight?

You should always have a good and healthy breakfast. Ideally that should be your biggest meal. However only doing that won’t help to reduce weight. You need to have a balanced diet and regular eating habit- 3 major meal with 2 snacks combined with aerobic exercise and strength training.
