General Instructions:

• All health check ups are conducted by prior appointment (only Monday to Saturday)
• For appointment please contact our appointment desk on 080- 30804444
• On arrival kindly report at the reception desk on the ground floor. You are requested to check in at 8:00 am for your convenience and faster processing
• Please come on an empty stomach with overnight fasting of 10 to 12 hours (Except for Apollo Express Health Check). Do not drink tea/ coffee/ milk in the morning before tests. However, you may drink water. Avoid smoking and consumption alcohol for a minimum of 12 hours before check up.
• Kindly bring a sample of urine and stool in a clean container or a sterilized container. It can be collected a day in advane from Apollo Speciality Hospitals or from any near by pharmacy/clinic.
• In case you are taking any medication, please bring your prescriptions/medication. Please do not take any Anti – Diabetic medication (including Insulin) before giving fasting blood sample.
• If you are diabetic or a cardiac patient, pregnant or likely to be pregnant, please inform the Physician and Phlebotomist.
• Pregnant ladies or those suspecting pregnancy, should not undergo X- ray, C.T, Bone Densitometry or Treadmill Test.
• You may be require to change clothes frequently while undergoing various tests. You will feel more comfortable in loose clothes and easily removable footwear. Do not wear jewellery/necklaces.
• Validity period of all health check is one month, within which period review should be completed.
• Written reports and review would be completed within 24- 36 hours (except Apollo Advanced Heart Check Which takes 72- 96 Hours).
• Pre- marital Health Checks review would be conducted on day two.

For Men

• For Semen Analyses, Kindly abstain from ejaculation, 72 hours prior to giving the sample.

For Women

• It is advisable to book appointment around day 10 to 14 of your menstrual cycle.
• If you are menstruating on the scheduled day of your appointment, kindly inform the nurse on arrival, since you will not be able to do your Urine, Stool and Pap Smear Tests as the presence of blood would produce inaccurate results. These tests can be performed at a later date within the stipulated period of one month.
