Health Benefits of Skimmed Milk & Double Toned Milk:

  • Skimmed milk is milk from which almost all the milk fat has been removed. And Double toned milk contains very low fat.
  • In skim milk, the cream has been removed from milk. Where in double toned milk, the preparation made by a mixture of cow or buffalo milk or both in combined with skimmed milk.
  • Skim milk is fat-free milk. When fat is removed, the nutrients content of the milk is increased. In double toned milk fat is removed twice by Ultra-High-Temperature process. No preservatives are added.
