There is an old saying that you must drink at least 8 glasses of water each day that will keep you hydrated. This is old advice given by our elders, which tells us that by doing this, your health will always be right. But what happens nowadays is that no one listens to this influential advice and carry on doing all the wrong methods. The solution to most of the problems is fundamental and straightforward, but unfortunately, we don’t understand the difference between good health and staying hydrated. These two things are not separate; instead of this, it is a one-line sentence. One of the easiest ways to be hydrated is by drinking water at regular intervals. Staying hydrated in a hot climate like summers is very difficult. Those who work in fields may require more amount of water to continue there work, because in a tropical environment you may lose more amount of water or fluid.

Vacation time or summers are weathers, which makes you feel tired and low; the amount of heat reflected towards earth is very high and very harmful if spent a lot of continuous-time outside. Extreme wheater and lots of activity mean that you will inevitably suffer from de-hydration. So to stay away from dehydration, you must drink the correct type of fluid so that you can stay hydrated. Staying hydrated is not a problem; it arises when someone doesn’t intake the proper amount and correct fluid. One of the most suitable and most necessary element is water; it is the best way to be hydrated. The human body is 75% of water, so the best fluid is water. In case, if you are not accessible to pure water, then the second-best liquid is coconut water. It is packed with electrolytes that are best for the human body. Coconut water is the best replacement for sweating and work out in the gym. Summer is the phase when we sweat a lot. Excessive sweating leads to the draining of the body, essential salt, and fluid.

There are many ways we can hydrate our bodies-

1. Cucumber

Everyone says it is a vegetable, but in reality, cucumber is a fruit. In terms of calories, it has meager calories and high in vitamins and minerals. Cucumber keeps us cool. It is one of the best fruit which contains the right amount of water. Cucumber composed of 96 % water. Cucumber has no saturated fat and cholesterol; it is high in vitamin B6, vitamin K, and iron.

2. Watermelon

Watermelon is food which consists of water, sugar, and the right amount of nutrient that is very good for the body, it keeps the body hydrated. Watermelon contains around 92 % water. Due to high fluid content, watermelon helps to quench our thrust.
