Diet & home remedies for joint pain-

  1. Ginger & Turmeric Tea- Ginger & Turmeric both are inflammatory and it will help in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Turmeric contains curcumin it is the powerful antioxidant. It helps to lower down the 2 enzyme which is responsible for causing inflammation.
  2. More magnesium in the diet-  Magnesium is the type of micro nutrient which our body cannot produce, it needs to be taken externally. It is used for more than 300 different biochemical responses in our body.  It helps to relax all the nerve and muscle ends. It also helps to relieve the pain and the stiffness. It is also essential to control our heart beat.  It not only help to ease pain and relax the muscle, it also helps to mineralize the bones.  According to the American journal of clinical nutrition people who take a diet rich in high magnesium shows more bone density. There are several ways we can add magnesium in our diet. Magnesium capsule we can have daily.
