Summer Health Tips!
Even though summer is almost there and some of us like summers and are looking forward for summers to come. So here are some summer health tips
1. Stay indoors. Restrict outdoor activities to the cooler parts of the day early morning before 10:30 am or late evenings after 5:30 pm.
2. To cool the body through sweating add small amount of hot spices to your food. Hot peppers , fresh ginger and black spices are really good to make your food hot and spicy.
3. If you get burnt(heat stroke or sun stroke) seek relief by sipping green tea or take a spoon of onion juice. They are protien antioxidants and can neutralise damage by the sun’s rays.
4. Wear loose cotton full sleves clothes to protect the body from sun and sweat can be soaked in these clothes. Use a hat to protect your head from sun’s heat while going outside.
5. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. Water is the best drink.
